what i eat in a day // my overnight oats recipe + go-to chipotle order
Hey friends! I hope you enjoyed this little look into how I fuel my body on a typical day of dance/gym training. I share my all time favorite breakfast recipe, overnight oats (which I hope you all give a try). I eat it almost every day, I love it that much. See you guys next time! Overnight Oats Recipe - 1/2 Cup Oats - 2 tsp of Chia Seeds - 1/2 Cup Of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 Banana ( I mash half and then use the other half for coins as a topping) - 1 tsp of Peanut Butter (I mash it in with the banana so it's evenly distributed) - 1 tsp of local honey (or sweetener of your choice) - 1 tsp of Cacao Nibs (optional for topping. but i highly recommend)
